It is quite evident that having a defined niche would pave the way of generating profits into your inbox cash system. But do you know why and how?
If you are like everyone else chasing after the money, then it does not help you to make an income, or create a good impression with your website viewers. It is like chasing after the wind and there is no real value in what you do to your website. When you drive traffic to your website using the inbox cash system, you want to create a list of subscribers that you can communicate on a constant basis.
In my earlier article, “Finding the True Internet Marketer” I mentioned that “a true internet marketer will take time to build up to the level of competency”. The truth is email marketing or the inbox cash system will only work for those with proper niches. Most people will start off with one niche and try their best to promote it on their website using Google AdWords, Yahoo, YouTube, Twitter and so on. Once they have a list of subscribers, the autoresponder goes into the work of using your standard emails to offer other services and products belonging to that one niche.
Let me illustrate what I meant by “Email Marketing Strategy That Brings Profits”.
Supposing Colgate is your niche from my earlier article. You have both the benefits and the principles behind it in your website. You created for the general population. The content on your website is filled with at least 80% of the benefits, 20% is filled with promotional offers.
Subscribers come to your website, and filled in the opt-in form. You get leads. The autoresponder sends out the emails that you have prepared for those subscribers.
The general population will continue to click onto your emails and received other Colgate products and services.
Some subscribers happened to be specialists, such as chemists, university students who are doing research for their papers and they need information about Colgate, through their email contact to you. These subscribers have clicked your website and found that there is a dedicated URL link about other issues of your product.
This is where you build your relationship with your subscribers. These specialists have a problem about finding certain information. What kind of information? Specialists are interested in the consensus of the general population. They need valid statistical figures. They need to know the chemical compounds and their varying effects on a person’s teeth. What do you do? You have the solution because this is your niche. You have the information, both current and outdated account, collected through other researchers and you are able to compile them.
You can give information to these specialists for free but there is a better way. You sell the information as a special package to these specialists. This is where you generate another profit from selling information from the same niche- this is met by my statement as one of the strategies of email marketing that generates profits.
According to “website magazine” (Nov 2009 issue), selling information means that we are selling special reports, e-books, or white papers. Selling information is a product or special service that one considers in view of the information age that we are living in.
Remember that as a marketer, you use your creativity to sell but at the same time, you are taking care to ensure that the price package for the information is affordable to your target audience.
In the earlier example, these specialists will come back to you, because you are able to identify, analyze, develop, promote and sell as an attractive package. Most important of all, you build a relationship with your subscribers.
That is why I believed in having to promote the inbox cash system as a way to start your business from scratch and then building up to a level of competency. If you have been successfully using Google Adwords or other methods in capturing your audience to your website, that is completely fine.
However, increasing your profit margins will greatly depend with your relationship with your subscribers by understanding their problems and finding the right solutions, and that is where the inbox cash system or email marketing comes in.
